By using tenantright.uk you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What we provide

RenterRight UK provides information tools and a compliance dashboard to help tenants understand their rights and landlords meet their obligations under the Renters' Rights Act 2026. All content is for guidance only and does not constitute legal advice. For advice specific to your situation, consult a qualified solicitor.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • You may not share your account with others.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

4. Paid plans

Paid landlord plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time — your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. All plans include a 14-day free trial.

5. Limitation of liability

The information on this site is provided in good faith and kept up to date with the law, but we cannot guarantee it is complete or error-free. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the content. This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
